Although foxes and moles are a completely different species of mammals, (depending on our habitual environments) both species will commonly frequent grassed/soiled areas and cause substantial damage externally through a fox would be the culprit for excessive fouling and urinating territorially which may result in increased activity of foxes or feral cats. Moles aren't known to spread disease through the soil they traverse through can contaminate livestock feed with a bacteria fatal to animals (as well as pregnant women or people with weak immune systems) known as listeria. Foxes, on the other hand, are known to be a nuisance for disturbing domestic waste as well as spread a number of diseases one of which is transmitted through unsuspectingly handling their faeces known as Toxocariasis.
